Singletons 90S Whole Nut Mill
The Singletons 90S whole nut mill is our entry level model with the standard electrical switchgear suite. It is a high quality, internally texture adjustable whole nut mill designed and manufactured in New Zealand with reliability and user safety in mind.
In these mills the texture adjustment is achieved by the inclusion of a spacer/s under the shaft grinder plate to achieve the required texture setting.
The internally texture adjustable 90S model guards against any possible unwarranted changes to the desired grind texture setting by the operator in a manufacturing setting that could occur with the externally texture adjustable models where the texture adjustment lever is accessible for adjustment by the operator.

The seamless thermoformed BPA free PETG hopper with snug fitting lid, hygienically lines the internal hopper surfaces effectively preventing the ingress of pathogens and insects into the grinding cavity providing customer confidence in the finished product,
The mill will process all good quality (oil content >45%, moisture <3-4%) dry roasted nuts of reasonable size (up to 20mm in length).
Production capacity of 55-60 kg/hr (feedstock dependent),
User adjustable nut butter texture to smooth, crunchy or anything in-between.
Grinds whole dry roasted Peanuts, Cashew, Hazelnut, Walnut, Pistachio, Almond, Macadamia and Brazil nuts*
Mix in Chocolate chunks, cocoa nibs or desiccated coconut (max. 15% by mass),
